Does FTPush work with Getty Images' specific FTP setup?

Yes. FTPush connects to any FTP, SFTP, or FTPS server. Enter the host, username and password from your Getty contributor portal and you're ready. It works with any folder structure Getty requires.

What if Getty's FTP server is temporarily unreachable?

FTPush queues the file and retries automatically. As soon as the connection is re-established, the upload resumes. You never lose a file due to a temporary connection issue.

Can I send to Getty and another agency simultaneously?

Yes. Configure one FTPush connection per agency. A single export triggers simultaneous uploads to Getty, Reuters, AFP. or any combination you choose.

Which editing software is compatible?
