Questions & answers

What is FTPSuite?

FTPSuite is a bundle that includes both FTPull (auto download from FTP) and FTPush (auto upload to FTP). They are two independent macOS menu bar apps that share one unified license — activate both with the same key.

Do I need FTPSuite or can I just buy one app?

If you only need to download from FTP servers, FTPull (from €49/yr) is perfect. If you only need to upload, FTPush (from €39/yr) is your choice. FTPSuite (from €69/yr) gives you both — which is why most users find it the best value.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every app includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. All features are available during the trial.

Does it work with my FTP server?

Yes. FTPSuite works with any standard FTP, SFTP, or FTPS server — including hosting providers, NAS devices (Synology, QNAP), dedicated servers, and cloud FTP services.

Can I use the apps on multiple Macs?

Yes. Each plan covers a fixed number of Macs. With the Personal plan (2 Macs) you can activate on your desktop and laptop. With Team (5 Macs), your whole studio is covered.

Do I need to pay for updates?

All updates are included in your annual subscription. Renew to stay up to date.

Will FTPSuite slow down my Mac?

Not at all. FTPSuite sits in your menu bar using virtually zero CPU when idle. It only activates when files need to be transferred.
